The Mayor and City Council of the City of O’Neill, in the County of Holt in the State of Nebraska, met at the City Council Room on the 10th of April, 1962 at 7:30 P. M., in Special Session, the fol lowing being present; Hiatt, Glee son, McIntosh, Heermann, Jan ousek and Reynoldson. Absent Moore and Carroll. Also on the road going north from fourth street ut old City limits to tlie present north limits of the City. Motion carried. Motion toy McIntosh, seconded by Gleeson, that the City Attor ney, John R. Gallagher, be direct ed to write to Mr. Hurry Res sell and demand repayment of $540.00 for land that the City pur chased from him for u road on the west side of newly annexed land leading to the city baseball grounds. After survey it was dis covered that the said land or road did not belong to him. Mo tion carried. Motion by Gleeson, seconded by Janousek that the City contract with Ralph Kelley, to drill well for future City use, to be located on City property on the north edge of the City of O’Neill. The City having a pump and motor all that is needed is well and casing. A roll call vote being taken on the above motion with the following Oouncilmen voting aye. Gleeson, McIntosh, Heer mann, Janousek, Reynoldson and Hiatt. Nay none. Motion carried. Upon motion by Hiatt, seconded by Janousek, the council adjourn ed. Motion carried. D. C.
