They tied baby blankets and are preparing cloth ing for the missionaries. The next meeting will be held with Mrs. Laurence Rouse the third Friday of the month. It was changed this week on account of the George Mellor sale. A very large crowd attended the Ge>orge Mellor farm sale Friday afternoon. The Metho dist ladies, Spencer, served the lunch and ran out of supplies. They made a hurried trip to town to replenish their stock. Supper gjests Thursday at Christine Johnson’s were Mr. and Mrs. Sam Robertson, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Walters and Norma, Mr. and Mrs. George Nelson and family and Cora Claussen, eve ning callers were Mr. and Mrs. Dewayne Anson and girls, Mr. and Mrs. Merlin Anderson and girls, Mr. and Mrs. Bennie Joh ring and family and Mr. and Mrs. Allen Walters and boys. Several families from this com munity attended the funeral of Mrs. A. Johnson at Bristow Sat urday. Agnes Rouse was born and grew up in this community.
