Meek News By Mrs. Fred Undberg Farmers Are Busy with Com Crop Harvesting Evertoody is boxy harvesting the exam crop. Many farmers around the community have added new grain storage bins to their farms to accomodate the new corn crop. Mr. and Mrs Rex Stanley and family, Adams, were weekend guests at the Clarence Ernst home. They brought Vekla Ernst home with them. Sunday was her birthday and Mr and Mrs. Ot to Lorenz and Gordon, Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Lorenz, Jay and Sandra, Fred Lorenz, Loren Lor enz, Mrs. Holten, Seattle, Wash, and Mr. and Mrs. Austin Searles and girls gathered to help her celebrate at the Clarence Ernst home. Mr. and Mr*. Melvin Arm field, Naper, and Mrs. Carrie Hood were Friday evening sup per guests at the Harold Fox home. They report Mr. and Mrs. Armfield's new baby has gained six ounces at the Lynch hospital and they have hopes of bringing him home soon. Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Johring and family and Mrs. Wehrley and Dicky, Atkinson; Mr. and Mrs. Donald Johring, Clearwater, and Fred, Charles and Craig Johring were Sunday dinner guests at Martha Johrings.
