It is hereby found and deter mined that: 1. The Stuart-Atkinson Munici pal Airport is an airport owned and controlled jointly by the Vil lage of Stuart and City of At kinson, and is located five <r>i miles outside the territorial bm its </f each of said cities. 2. The area of land and water extending out in all directions a distance of three miles from the adjacent boundaries of said air port constitutes an airport hazard area within the meaning of Sec. 3-301 <31 It. it. 8. 1943. 3. The foreging resolution having been fully and distinctly read aloud, the motion of its adoption was seconded by Supervisor Smith. On roll call the vote was as follows: YEAS: Landreth, Dierking, Flood, Smith, Davis and McConnell; NAYES: None. Whereujion the Chairman declar ed the resolution adopted. RESOLUTION Whereas a petition has been filed before this Board, asking the vacation and abandonment of a public road described as: running West one-half mile from the Northeast Corner of the North east Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 5, in Town ship 31, North, Range 10, West of the 6th P. M., in Holt County, Ne braska. And a representative of this Board has viewed said road, and filed recommendations and re port thereon as required by law. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RE SOLVED, that a public hearing! shall be had before this Board In the Courthouse in the City of O’Neill, Nebraska, on the 31st day of August, Mttl, at Um; hour <A 1:30 P. M , at that time all IM-rsons interested In said matter may appear and Is- heard. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the County Clerk shall cause public notice of such bearing to be published for three weeks in a newspaper of said county, and tiiat notice of such hearing be giv en to landowners abutting upon said road, </r adjacent thereto, at least two weeks prior to the dates of such hearing hy mailing a co py of this Resolution thereto by certified or registered U. S. Mail. A roll call vote was taken on such resolution, which resulted as follows; AYE: Dierkmg, Flood, McConnell, Davis and Smith, NAYS: None.
