2. Reasons for the change in
boundaries is to provide more ad
equate education advantages for
the children.
3. The said plan or reorganiza
tion proposes the adjustment of
property, debts and liabilities of
the proposed District as follows:
a. All of the assets and pro
perty of the districts in
cluded in this plan as of
July 14, 1961, shall become
the property of the proposed
School District.
b. All of the bonded indebted
ness existing against any ol
said districts is to be as
sumed and paid by the new
district.
c. All other School District
debts, if any, of said Districts,
as of July 14, 1961 are to be as
sumed and paid by the new
district.
d. The utilization of existing
school houses and school pro
perty is to be determined by
the legal voters of the pro
posed new school district,
in the event such reorganiza
tion becomes effective, how
ever, this shall pertain tc
school houses and school
grounds only.
