Margaret Boyle Weds Michael Posch In Catholic Rite Miss Margaret Boyle, Wichita, Kan., the daughter of the late Mr. and Mr. Ed Boyle sr., O’Neill, and Michael Posch, Colswich, Kan., son of Mrs. Theresa Posch and the late Mr. Posch, Colwich, were married .June 3 at 9 a.m. in St. Patrick’s church at O’Neill. The Rev. Robert Duffy perform ed the double ring ceremony. Douglas Spittler was vocalist, ac companied .by Sister Flores. Tlie bride, given in marriage by her brother, Edward Boyle, was attired in a bridal gown of hand clipped Chantilly lace over tulle and taffeta. It was designed with basque waist, scalloped Sa brina neckline accented with pearls and sequins, long tapered sleeves and a bouffant skirt. The skirt had a wide front panel of lace over ruffled tulle. Alternate ruffles of lace and tulle were placed in the back which ended in a whisper train. A petirl and sequin crown held her veil. She carried her mother’s rosary and a bouquet of red roses. Mrs. Bernard Janzing, Wichita, sister of the bride, was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Miss Frances Boyle, Miss Mariam Boyle, sister of the bride, Miss Helen Boyle, all of O’Neill, and Miss Marie Boyle, Wichita, sis ter of the bride. They wore iden tical dresses in pastel shades, styled of lace over taffeta with rounded necklines, fitted waists threaded with ribbons and lace jackets. They wore matching ac ■■ - O'Neill Photo Co. cessories and carried bouquets of white daisies. Serving as best man was Jer ome Posch, Colwich, brother of the bridegroom. Groomsmen were Pat Boyle and Charles Boy le, Scribner, brothers of the bride, Harry' Duivenvoorden, Wichita, and Keith Gegen, Col wich. A brother of the bride, Richard Boyle, Marion, la. and Bernard Janzing, Wichita, were ushers. Kathy Boyle was flower girl and Raymond Posch, Colwich, bro ther of the bridegroom, was ring bearer. Kathy and Stevie Janzing, Wichita, appeared as miniature bride and bridegroom. A dinner was served by the bride's family and honorary par ents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Boy le, after the ceremony, and in the afternoon a reception was held, both affairs in the Legion hall as well as a wedding dance in the evening. Miss Eileen Pribil pour ed coffee and the cake was cut __ and served by Mrs. Chuck Boyle and Mrs. Ed Boyle. Mrs. Donald Schneider had charge of the guest book and Mrs. Joe Ramold and Mrs. Clark Gaughenbaugh took care of the gift table. Servers were the Misses Betty Jane Sch neider, Mary Lois Jansen, Rita Jansen, Sharon Carr, Pauline Ma hony and Rose Mary Mahony. The bride is a graduate of St. Mary’s academy and is employ ed by South Western Bell Tele phone company in Wichita. Mr. Posch is employed by a construction firm at Colwich. Mrs. Dan Custard, Elmwood, who served her sister as matron of-honor, wore a gown of deep orchid silk organza, fashioned with a fitted bodice, full skirt, and short cap sleeves. She wore an orchid half-hat, with matching halo veil. She carried a cascade bouquet of orchid carnations. The bridesmaid, Miss Rosalee Pearman and the junior brides O'Heill photo Co maid, Sharon Hilderhoff, both of Seneca, were gowned in mint green organza, styled identical to that of the matron-of-honor, and wore mint green half-hats with matching halo veils. She wore a picture hat of match ing blue tulle. The other atten dants wore identical dresses and hats. They carried nosegays of white roses and lilies of the val ley accented with blue net and rib bon. Charles Rush of Bellevue was best man. Ushers were John Joe Uhl, a brother of Ihe bride, anil Richard Luke, both of Omaha; Rodney Olson of Papillion and Ronald Walker of Lincoln. Mrs. William H. Riley of Om aha, accompanied by Miss Helen Gokie, was vocalist. A reception was held at the Town House from noon until 2 p.m. Miss Nancy Lander of Pen der and Mrs. Edward Pavel had charge of the guest book. Mrs. E. M. Doyle of Long Beach, Calif., a sister of the bridegroom, poured Mrs. Leo Gokie cut the wedding cake which was decorat ed in blue and white. In charge of the gifts were Mrs. John Don ohoe and Mrs. Jerry Rotherham of Ewing. Mrs. Williams of Des Moines, la., and Mrs. Bud Cloyd of Omaha assisted at Ihe serv ing table. For her wedding trip to Lake Okoboji, la., Mrs. Ellerbroek chose a black sheath with white accessories. The bride is a graduate of St. Mary’s academy and the College of St. Mary in Omaha. She taught school in Omaha and will teach in Bellevue in the fall. The bridegroom was graduated from Bellevue high school and attended the University of Ne braska. He will enter business with his father in Bellevue fol lowing graduation from the Uni versity of Omaha in January. The couple will be at home at 2524 Jackson Street, Bellevue. Ruth Walker Named 4-H Art Editor Ruth Ann Walker was art edi tor on a newspaper, Cloverleaf, which was published at the Col lege of Agriculture, Lincoln, dur ing 4-H Club Week. The newspaper contained arti cles of major events, special in terviews, editorial opinion columns, art features and humor. Thirteen 4-H members worked un it. Work Begun on New Parsonage CHAMBERS Work began last week on a new parsonage for the Memorial Baptist church. The old building served as a parsonage for a number of years, and as a home for various fami liies before it was moved re cently to the H. R. Farrier pro perty in the south part of town. Cecil Clouse is the contractor for the new building.
