Ed wards, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ce cil Edwards, Spencer. The double ring ceremony was performed at 2 p.m. by the Rev. Hugh Dowler. The soloist was Mrs. Hugh Dowler, accompanied by Mrs. J. M. Pucelik, organist. The bride appeared in a floor length gown of hand-clipped Chan tilly lace, an original by Alfred Angelo. The snug-fitting basque bodice of lace featured a scallop ed Sabrina neckline defined by a delicate sprinkling of iridescent sequins and seed pearls. The full, flowing skirt was fashioned with a front panel of cascading tulle ruffles edged in imported lace, ending in an aisle-wide train. Her triple-tier veil of imported il lusi n was accented with tiny seed pearls and was caught by a crown of iridescent orange blos soms. Zukowski offici ated at the 9 a.m, nuptial mass and doable ring ceremony which was performed before an altar decorated with bouquets of carnations and mums. The Holy Name choir provided appropri ate wedding music, accompanied by Tom Bogacz at the organ. A formal length gown of hand clipped Chantilly lace and illu sion tulle over summer taffeta was chosen by the bride. The Elizabethan bodice featured a scalloped Sabrina neckline trim med with sequins and pearls. Long lace sleeves carried out the traditional points at the wrists. The voluminous skirt was defined with two V. shaped tiers of Chan tilly lace following the front bri dal point and falling over stiff ened petticoats. The dome shaped skirts were accent ed at the midriff with crushed cummerbunds and a rose fashion ed of the material was placed at the center front. Their hats were taffeta coronet bands trimmed with circular face veils. They car ied short cascade bouquets of Johanna Hill roses. Serving as best man was Ro bert V. Miner and daughter, Mrs. Norm Klasna Sat urday. Dr Dam is a research scientist in the biochemistry department in Lincoln where Mrs. Klasna is employed. In the afternoon the group toured the Sandhills. They visited the highest point in Holt county on the Blaine Garwood ranch. Dr. and Mrs. Dam are from Wisconsin and Long Island, N. Y. respectively and found the tour very interesting. Dinner Is Held Mr. and Mrs. Ed Wilson were hosts at a pre nuptial dinner Fri day evening at the Town House. IS GRADUATE Shirley Schultz, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Kersenbrock, was one of 44 who receive^ a degree at Duchesne college, Omaha, May 27. She received a bachelor of sci ence degree in nursing. In 1959 she was graduated from the St. Francis School of Nursing at Grand Island as a registered nurse. She is presently employed at St. Francis. Her parents were at her graduation. Mrs. Earl Hunt and daughters left Friday for Omaha where Mrs. Hunt will take graduate work at Omaha university dur ing the next three weeks. The children will stay with her mo ther while she is in school. Mr. Hunt took them to Omaha. Their son, Tommy, will remain here with his father. Mr. and Mrs. Harry Sullivan have had their daughters at home for a few days visit, while they were here to attend funeral ser vices for Mr. Sullivan’s father, John Sullivan. Their daughter, Jeanne, left Sunday to return to her studies at Providence hospit al in Kansas City. A son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Shu kri El Kahatib and son re turned Tuesday morning to their home in Oklahoma City. Timothy O’Sul livan performed the double ring ceremony before an altar deco rated with white gladioli. The al tar was flanked by two seven branch candelabra and baskets of white flowers. The center aisle featured pew bows of white satin, encircled with huckleberry. Miss Mary Elizabeth Gatz was soloist, accompanied by Miss Alvara Ramm, organist, Stuart. She sang "Ave Maria,” Panis Angelicus” and “O Mother Will It Always Be.” The bride wore her sister’s wedding gown and veil. The floor length gown was of white pure silk taffeta. Appliques of jewelled Alencon lace highlighted Ihe por trait neckline and cap sleeves and were repeated on the prin cess style skirt. Bias folds edged the full skirt and swept back in to an aisle-wide chapel train. Her veil of imported silk illusion was caught by a queen’s crown of seed pearls. Officiating at the wedding was Robert Lewis. A ballerina length gown of vhite frosted nylon over satin vas chosen by the bride. It was lesigned with a sweetheart neck ine trimmed with pleated lace, ■eed pearl* and sequins. A wedding dinner for the im mediate families was served at the home of the bride’s parents. At the reception, which was held in the city park house, Mrs. Wil liam Ziska acted as hostess. Mrs. Frank Prescott cut and served the bride’s cake, and Mrs. Theodore Braun, the bride groom’s cake.
