Included in the lands determin
ed available for sale are six (6)
sites which were under lease for
cottage site purposes on 6 August
1956. The lessee of such a cottage
site has a right to purchase the
land included in his lease, at a
price equal to the appraised fair
market value of the land avail
able for sale to such lessee. The
right to purchase may be exer
cised by the lessee for a period
of sixty (60) days from the date
of written notice to the lessee ad
vising him of his right to pur- j
chase or until the expiration or j
termination date of his lease,
whichever date is later.
The cottage sites, which are
not offered for sale to lessees,
will be offered for sale to the pub
lic at auction on the site at 9:00
A. M., C. S. T., 3 June 1961.
The Government reserves the
right to withdraw the availability
for sale of all or any portion of
the lands included in this notice
at any time prior to the execu
