Below, by fencing your field into several areas
with temporary electric fences, your cattle will
eat a greater portion of the forage. When you
turn cattle into an entire field at one time, a
lot is wasted by trampling. By rotating your
grazing between and within pastures you will
be able to increase the life of your stand and
get more pounds of beef and milk from an
acre. Rotational grazing can increase milk pro
duction 10% to 20% over continuous grazing.
