Paul Gunter came home Wed
nesday afternoon for a 30-day
leave from Schillihg AFB before
going overseas for the rest of
his service period.
Mr. and Mrs. Verl Gunter and
family of Mead were supper
guests Friday at the Lionel Gun
ter home and overnight guests at
the Martha Shrader home. Mar
tha Shrader went home with
them Saturday afternoon for a
few days visit.

Shrader Tuesday morning. Eve
ning visitors were Mr. and Mrs.
Charles Rotherham, Mr. and Mrs.
Wilbur Bennett, George and Ger
ald Ruroede and Mr. and Mrs. Li
onel Gunter.
Mr. and Mrs. Russel Napier of
Sterling, Kan., came Friday eve
ning for the Easter weekend to
visit with relatives.
Mr. and Mrs. Leo Miller, Mr.
and Mrs. Z. H. Fry and Mr. and
Mrs. Archie Johnston and Bar
bara and Marilyn visited Wed
nesday evening at the Willie Shra
der home.
Mr. and Mrs. Lynn Fry were
dinner guests Tuesday at the
Willie Shrader home.
LeRoy Napier was a guest of
Duane Tinsley Sunday.
Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Napier.
Dennis and Steve were dinner
guests Sunday at the R. A. Hord
home and in the afternoon they
called on Mr. and Mrs. Dewitt
Gunter.
Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Nelson and
son, Jimmy, of Plain view called
on the Dewit Hokes Sunday af

night guest Sunday at the Rich
ard Napier home and she visited
the Frenchtown school Monday.
Clayton Hoke was an overnight
guest of Douglas Shrader Satur
day.
Some of Willie Shraders’
neighbors helped with work at
the Shrader farm on Saturday.
Willie has been unable to work
for the past month with back
trouble.
The Richard Miller family of
Oakdale and Mrs. Anna Miller
of Ewing were supper guests
last Sunday at the John Miller
home.

Switzer, Mr. and Mrs. Leo Mil

ice cream and cake at the Ora
Switzer home after the Easter
Cantata Friday evening at the
United Presbyterian church.
Irene Ahlers, who is teaching
school at Wichita, Kan., came
home Saturday for her Easter
vacation. She called on Mr. and
Mrs. Jerry Meyers and the Ro
bert Ahlers family at Wisner en
route to the Rudy Ahlers home.
Mr. and Mrs. Rudy Ahlers vis
ited last Sunday at the Jerry
Meyers home at Wisner and also
called at the Robert Ahlers home.

family and Mr. and Mrs. Walter

the Earl Pierson home.
