Legion Holds County Meeting At Atkinson A Holt county meeting of American legion and Auxiliary members was held in Atkinson Monday evening. Rites Held at Wayne For Norman Roeber Mrs. Joyce Clinkscales will at tend funeral services in Wayne today (Thursday) for Norman Roeber, 25, who was found dead Monday evening on a farm near Wayne. Mr. Roeber, who was a brother of Mrs. Clinkscales' sis ter-in-law was crushed to death when his clothes apparently were caught in the power shaft of a hay chopping machine. Ten Members Join WW I Auxiliary Ten new members have joined the World War I Veterans auxili ary which met Monday evening with a good attendance. In the absence of the president. Mrs. Leo Moore, and Mrs. Paul Beha presided. Following the business meeting, the members joined the veterans for a social evening.
