the State of Nebraska, that by the
consent of a majority ef the mem
bers of the Board of Education
of said District, a special election
has been called and will be held
in O’Neill. Nebraska in said Dis
trict on December 9, 1930, at
which election there will be sub
mitted to the qualified electors of
said District, the following propo
sition:

their issuance and become due
and payable on such dates as may
be fixed by the District Board at
the time of their issuance, but
