Melanie Ann Miller has the measles. Mr, aid Mrs Ed Cuddy and Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Cuddy vis ited at the John Napier home Tuesday night. The Ernest Scholtoneyer family of Crofton and the Richard Miller family of Oakdale were guests at the Johnny Miller home last Sun day.Charlene Miller went home with the Schollmeyer family for a visit. Mrs Warren Peden and George Ruroede called at the Z. H. Fry j home TUesday night. Mrs. Alice Proctor of Paw Paw, j Mich., spent most of last week visiting her brother-in-law and sister. Mr. ami Mrs. Lionel Gun ter. On Tuesday, they visited an other sister, Mrs. Wayne Lee and family at Dallas, S. D., and on Saturday afternoon Mrs. Proctor went to Neligh to visit her bro ther-indaw and sister, Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Snodgrass and ot her relatives. Mrs. Archie Johnston and Willie Shrader went to Sioux City, la., Wednesday to visit their father, Will Shrader, in St. Joseph’s hos pital. Will Shrader came home Satur day afternoon from St. Joseph’s hospital in Sioux City, la. Mrs. Shrader accompanied him home in the ambulance. He is feeling much better. The Busy Hands 4-H club met at Wayne Frys Tuesday afternoon. Robert Browning was an over night guest at the Howard Miller home one night last week. Mrs. Keith Biddlecome, Mrs. Dewitt Hoke and Mrs. Bob Hobbs attended Kensington at Ina Ben netts Friday afternoon. Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Napier and family, the Jim Tinsley family, Dwight Shroeder’s and Mr. and Mrs. Dave Anson attended a pic nic in O’Neill last Sunday for the Kenneth Hill family. Glenda Na pier went home with the Hill fam ily and stayed until Tuesday morn ing when Mrs. Rol Hord and Mrs. Lai Hord came for her. Mr. and Mrs. Otto Retke of Inman took Cheryl and Dicky Em sick to their heme in Omaha Sat urday after visiting relatives in the Riverside community. Otto Retke plans to go visit his son, Robert Retke, at Knoxville, la., Mrs. Retke will visit at the Frank Emsick home in Omaha.
