Dorsey News By Mrs. Harold Osborn Rodrick Hughes, who attended school at Milford, is home for sum mer vacation. June Carson of Hasting College is now home for the summer. The 4-H Willing Workers of O’ Neill drove to the Lee Brady sr. home on Steel Creek for breakfast Sunday morning. After breakfast they drove to the Tom Alder farm, then to Niobrara and then Devil’s Nest, Santee and Gavins Point. They had a picnic dinner in the Gavins Point park. They returned to O’Neill in the evening. Mrs. Lee Brady, sr., accompanied the group to the points of interest that they visited. Mr. and Mrs. Ted Crawford and Pamela visited at the Gordon Bar ta home Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. L. Norman and family of White River, S. D., vis ited her sister, Mrs. Howard Slack, Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Lyle Wells and I family and Mr. and Mrs. Robert J Wells and family also joined them f i at the Slack home so they could visit. Mr. and Mrs. Leman Hubei called at the Harold Osborn home. Mr. and Mrs. Lester Derickson have been busy moving their house they bought. Several of the neigh bors help«l with their tractors. Mr. and Mrs. Roy Dailey and family of Oregon visited at the Tom Alder home Friday evening. They also drove to several places to see the changes that had taken place since Mr. Dailey left this community about thirty years ago. He spent his boyhood days in this community and attended school at District 100. Mrs. Harold Osborn and Ruth accompanied Mrs. Bud Lanman and Velma to Norfolk Friday where the girls looked for employ ment.
