Strawberry Orange Dessert (Six servings) 1 package strawberry flavored gelatin 1 h> cups hot pineapple juice V2 cup mandarin orange syrup 2 egg yolks 1/3 cup sugar i* teaspoon salt 2 cups skim milk 1 envelope (1 tablespoon) unfa vored gelatin 2 egg whites, beaten stiff 2 tablespoons sugar Dissolve strawberry flavored gel atin in hot pineapple juice. Adc orange synup. Pour 1 cup gelatir into a 1 quart mold. Chill until slightly thickened. Chill remaining gelatin until slightly thickened Beat egg yolks until thick and lem on colored. Beat in sugar and salt Stir in 1 *2 cups skim milk. Cool over boiling water until mixture coats a spoon. 9often unflavorec gelatin in remaining Va cup skin milk for 5 minutes. Dissolve in ho custaid mixture. Chill until slightly thickened. Then beat until frothj and stir in mandarin oranges. Adc fruit flavored gelatin in modd. Chil slightly.
