The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Mullen of Em-1 met and the bridegroom a parents arc Mr. and Mrs. John Wallen, Sr. The bride, escorted to the altar by her father, appeared in a waltz length gown of silk organza and rc-embroidercd alencon lace fas hioned along princess lines. The bodice featured a scalloped pea scoop neckline and long sleeves tapering to bridal points at theJ wrists. The full skirt of silk or ganza was styled with deep V in sertions of lace with a large bow and streamers at the back. Her shoulder length veil of lace trim med silk illusion was held by a deini-cap of lace. Seed pearls and sequins trimmed the scalloped edge. She carried a bouquet of j white feathered carnations and lily of the valley centered with a white orchid. Marty Mullen of Emmet was l bridesmaid for her sister. She wore a blue waltz, length gown of lace over satin and net. Charles Fo.\ was best man and j ushers were Ned Mullen ot Norfolk and Ronnie Richards of Emmet, j Tin, UiMftm'riMini and his attendant I were attired in navy suits with white carnation boutonniers. The bride's mother wore a green wool jersey dress with brown acces sories and the bridegroom's mother wore a beige with matching acces sories. Both wore corsages of white carnations centered with a red rose. The bridal party and immediate families were entertained at a breakfast in O'Neill by the bride s parents. Phil Sherman, who has been hospitalized at St. Joseph's hospital in Sioux City for the past six weeks is now at his home there and would wel come any visitors who care to visit him. Hur ley Jones was released from St. Anthony's hospital on Friday and taken by ambulance to the Veter ans hospital in Grand Island Mr. and Mrs. Al Hamik are consulting doctors in Lincoln for their twins, Pat and Mike.
