I960 at 8 00 o' clock P. M. in Regular Session the following being present Mavor D C Schaffer. City Clerk, O ‘ D French, Councilmen. A Quorum being present, the fol lowing proceedings were had and done: Meeting called to order by the Mayor. Motion by Moore, seconded by Councilman McIntosh that minutes of previous meeting lx* approved as read. Motion by Councilman Gleeson and seconded by Councilman Hiatt that Resolution on progress esti mate No. 1 of storm Sewer Dis trict No, 1 he allowed and said Resolution be passed and approved Motion by Councilman Reynold son and seconded by Councilman Moore to approve change order No. 1 in Storm Sewer District No. 1 viz: Delete Item No. 5, 15" Rein forced Cone. Pipe. Remove Concrete Box Culvert under Highway No. 20. anil: To approve payment to Nebraska Testing Lalxiratories as per con tract agreement with Kirkham, Michael and Associates. Motion by Councilman McIntosh and seconded by Councilman Glee son to approve payment of final estimate to Layne Western Com pany for installation of well and pump.
