gineers. Kirkham, Michael and
Associates, of Omaha, Nebraska.
Each hid must be accompanied
by a Synopsis of Experience Re
cord illustrating experience in con
struction of work of this type or
of a similar nature.
Each bid must be accompanied
by a certified check on a bank
whose deposits are insured by the
Federal Deposit Insurance Corpor
ation in the amount of five per
cent (b%) of the total bid price,
and must he payable without con
dition to the Treasurer of the City
of O'Neill, Nebraska, as evidence
of good faith of the bidder, and
as agreed liquidated damages to
the City of O'Neill, Nebraska, in
case the bidder whose proposal
is accepted by the Mayor and
City Council fails to enter into
contract within ten (101 days
from the Notice of the Award and
furnish acceptable bond to com
plete the work and pay for all

hundred percent (100%) of the
total price.

Concerned: Notice is hereby given
that George A. Semmlow has filed j
his petition alleging that John F. i
Semmlow died on the 11th day
of May, 1928, intestate, a resident ;
of Cook County, Illinois, seized of
an undivided one-half right, title
and interest in the South Half of
the Southwest Quarter of Section
22, and the North Half of the |
Northwest Quarter of Section 27,
all in Township 25, North, Range
12, West of the 6th P.M., in Holt
County, Nebraska; that Emilie
Semmlow died intestate on the
12th day of March, 1938, a resi
dent of Cook County, Illinois, seiz
ed of an undivided two-thirds
right, title and interest in the real
estate above described.
The petitioner, George A. Semm- j
low, is the present owner of an
undivided one-fourth interest in'
said real estate, having derived
title thereto by inheritance from |
said deceased persons.
The prayer of said petition is
for a determination of the time
of death of each of said deceased
persons and a determination of
the heirs, degree of kinship and
right of descent of real property
and interest in real property of
said deceased persons; that there
is no inheritance tax, state or
federal, due from either of said
estates, or the heirs thereof.
That said petition will be for
hearing in this Court on the 8th
day of October, A. D., 1958, at
ten o’clock A.M.
