fred K. Naslund, 63, retired farm
er. who died August 6 while on a
trip in California, were conducted
at 2 p m. Tuesday at the Weslyan
church here by the Rev. Ivan
Turner of the Free Methodist
church at Ewing.
Burial was at Page.
Mr. Naslund became sick last
Tuesday while at Areata, Calif.,
and died Thursday of a heart ail
ment in a hospital at Orrick,
Calif.
With him on the trip were his
wife, Elsie, and son and daughter
in-law. Mr. and Mrs. Don Naslund
and children of Ainsworth. They
were en route home from Salem,
Ore., when he became sick.
Mr. Naslund was a World War I
veteran.
He is survived by his wife;
daughter Mrs. Walter Cole of Sa
lem; son Don of Ainsworth; step
son William O'Brien of Page;
sisters Mrs. H. tOllis) Sandaur,
South Sioux City, and Mrs. Ervin
(Hilma) Kratochvil, Osmond.
A brother and sister preceded
him in death.

ocratic Century Club of Nebraska,
August 9, at the Bernard Boyle
home in Omaha, honoring Senator
