Melvin Blobaum officia ting. Mr. Scrader a retired railroad , section foreman died after a 9 week hospital stay here. He had worked for the Chicago Northwestern Railroad for over 50 ' years, starting as a boy of 13. Mr. Shrader a retired railroad in 1884 to Goustav and Johannah j (Kirchner) Schrader. He was mar ried in 1908 to Amelia Amy Dunn in Atkinson. He is survived by a son, Her man jr., of Atkinson, three sisters, Mrs. Will Nelson of Boone, la., , Mrs. Albert Sandoz of Fairmont, Minn , and Mrs. Fred Ledogar of ! Sacramento, Calif. His wife preceded him in death in 1956.
