Eight members and guests Mrs. Audrey Bowden, Mrs. Bob Gude were present. A new members is Mrs Jerry McGinn. Mrs McKenny and Mrs McGinn presented the demon stration on yeast breads. It was planned to have a family picnic on June 28. Mrs. Marvin Strong joined the club at the meet ing. Next meeting will be June 17 with Mrs. Gladys Cunningham. Lutheran I-ulirs Aid Lutheran Ladies Aid met last Thursday night at the church base ment with 14 members present Mrs. Harold Mlinar gave the les son "Juvenile Delinquency ” Roll call was the date and place of each member’s confirmation. Hostesses were Mrs Harvey Krug man and Mrs. Bud Krugman Next rool call will be a kitchen shower. Doror* Mrs. O. W. French served a noon luncheon to members of the Dorcas society and their husbands Friday at the Methodist church. The members spent the rest of the afternoon quilting. About 20 were served at the luncheon. MetlimllHt Wesleyan Service Guild Mrs. William Cousins was hos tess to Wesleyan Service Guild members Monday night. Co-hos tess was Mrs. Ivan Hurley. Members reviewed the lessons for the following year and planned a breakfast Friday. The lesson was given by Mrs. Willard Solfermoser and a pledge service followed. New officers were installed for the coming year by Rev. Glenn Kennicott. Retiring president. Mrs. Reed Herley, was presented with a life membership pin. Final practice for the seat ng of the district officers at the June 5 district meeting in Page vas held. Judy Juracek Honored At Pre-Nuptial Shower Miss Judy Juhacek was guest of iionor at a pre-nuptial shower Sa turday afternoon at the M. B. Mar cellus home. Hostesses were Miss [Jarol Johnson and Miss Lorna Marcellus. Twenty guests were present in cluding the mother and sister of Miss Juracek, Mrs. Elmer Juracek and Irma. Decorations were pink and white. Mr Chace is the son of Mr. and Mrs. E. H. Chace. Miss lam, a native of Boulder,, is a 195# graduate of Boulder High School and is now a freshman at the University ol Boulder where she is affiliated with Delta Gamma Sorority. Mr. Chace graduated from the University of Colorado in 1958 and is now completing his graduate work in the field of personnel and guidance. He is a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity and will work with the ('algary Stampeders football team this sum mer. A December wedding is plunncd after which Miss Lam will con tinue her studies at the University.
