Don Kelley, who attends college at Wayne, spent the weekend visi ting his parents, Mr. and Mrs. W. E. Kelley. .Mrs. II. W. Tomlinson, who lias been staying with her son la law and daughter, Mr. and Mr. James Coventry, was taken to the O’Neill hospital on Siunlay afternoon for medical treatment. Mr. and Mrs. Pat Hartigan and family of Norfolk spent Sunday visiting in the James Coventry and Mary Hartigan homes. Mrs. Albert Reynolds and family visited in the home of Mr. and Mrs. Guy Hull at Redbird Satur day. They also attended Mrs. Hull’s school picnic. Gen Couch, who is employed at Tecumseh, spent the weekend visi ting his family. Ivan Couch, Charles Young and James Sholes, who are employed at Arapahoe, spent the weekend visiting their familis. Mrs. Clifford Penn of Wayne spent Thursday visiting in the L. R. Tompkins home and with other friends. Mr. and Mrs. Pearl Cary left Thursday for Hastings. Ia., where they will visit in the home of Mr. and Mrs. Vernon Crouse and with other relatives. Mr. anil Mrs. Earl W’atson re turned Wednesday from Rapid Ci ty, S.D., where they spent two weeks visiting their son and daugh ter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Tom Wat son. Inman Workers Project chib met Wednesday afternoon with Mrs. Albert Reynolds. There were 10 members present. Mrs. LiveUe Butterfield gave the les son on "line anil Design In Dress”. Mrs. Reynolds served luneh at the close. The Y. M. club met Tuesday with Mrs. Chester Youngs. Din ner was served at noon by the hos tess. The afternoon was spent so cially. Bill Sehi underwent major sur gery at a Norfolk hospital on Thursday. His condition was given as satisfactory. Mrs. Rudy d unk is a patient at the Antelope Memorial hospital in Neligh. Mr. and Mrs. Bill Meyers of South Dakota visited April 14-la at the Ralph Tomjaek home. Mrs. Myrtle Jewell returned home with them. Mr. and Mrs. Homer Stearns of Omaha and Mrs. Sammy Steams and family visited Mrs. Mary Stearns on April 15. Fwald Spahn was able to return home from the hospital in Omaha on Sunday, following surgery on Wednesday. Gloria and Diane Schindler stayed with Mrs. Spahn last week.
