Banana Coconut Petal Cups
(Makes 10 Cups)
% cup butter
% cup sugar
■ egg
% teaspoon vanilla
1% cups sifted, all purpose flour
% cup cocoa
V teaspoon instant coffee
% teaspoon salt
I pints Banana Coconut Ice
Cream
Cream butter and sugar until
%fit and fluffy. Beat in egg and
wanlla. Add sifted dry ingredients
and mix well. Chill dough. Roll out
m lightly floured surface to 1/8
fheh thickness. For each cup, cut
