RESOLUTION WHEREAS there has been allo cated to Holt County in the State of Nebraska, the sum of $132,69500 of Federal Aid Secondary E. >ad Fund for the fiscal years 1958, 1959 and 1960, and WHEREAS, the County of Holt has not and does not intend to match said Federal Funds, or to apply for the same or utilize said funds, and desires to decline and release the allocation of such funds, in order that the same may be reallocated to the State of Ne braska. in order that the same may be used on the State Highway por tion of the Federal and Secondary System, NOW THEREFORE, He it nere by resolved by the Board of Su pervisors of the County of Holt, that the said County of Holt, does hereby formally decline the allo cation of Federal Aid Secondary funds to the County of Holt for the fiscal years 1958, 1959 and 1960, and hereby consents and agrees that said funds may be realloca ted to the State of Nebraska, and the County of Holt hereby waives all of its right, title and interest in and to said mentioned funds.
