met as per adoumment. All mem
bers present, except Ernst, Meet
ing called to order by the Chair
man Minutes of the previous meet
ing were read and approved as
read.
The Finance Committee report
ed that the Fees of the various
County Offices, have been remit
ted to the County Treasurer, as re
quired by law
Motion by Landreth, seconded
by Smith, that the East 50 feet of
Lot 2, Block 3, of the Village of
Inman, Holt County, Nebraska: be
sold to Harry McGraw for the
sum of $5 00. Motion carried.
Motion by Dierking, seconded by
McConnell to adopt the following
Resolution.
RESOLUTION
Creating a Joint Airport Zoning
Hoard in accordance with Section
!-3(M R.R S, 1943
Be it resolved by the Board of
County Commissioners of Holt
County, Nebraska, that:
It is hereby found and determin
ed that:
1 The O'Neill Municipal Airport
is an airport owned and controlled
by the city of O'Neill, Nebraska and
is located mile north and 1 mile
west of and outside the territorial
limits of such city
2, The area of land and water
extending out in all directions a
distance of three miles from the
adjacent Ixiundaries of said airport
constitutes an airport hazard area
within the meaning of Sec. 3-301
<3> R.R S.
3 Such airport hazard area, ap
pertaining to the above mentioned
airport is located entirely within
the County of Holt, and entirely
ipartly) outside the territorial 11m-'
its of the city of O'Neill, Nehr.
1 It is necessary and expedient
that the city of O’Neill, the polit
ical subdivision owning and con

subdivision within which the air
port hazard area is located, create
a Joint Airport Zoning Board in ac
cordance with Sec. 3-304 R.R S
1943.

The County of Holt does hereby
partcipate with the city of O’Neill,
Nebr. in the creation of a Joint
Airport Zoning Board, to be known
aa the O’Neill Joint Airport Zoning
Hoard, and to the end there is
hereby created a Joint Airport Zon
ing Board, to be so known, which
board shall have and exercise all
the powers conferred and, perform
all the duties enjoined upon it by
(he Airport Zoning Act.

Clarence Ernst and Larry D.
Schaffer, residents of the County,
are hereby appointed as members
of such Joint Airport Zoning
Board, to represent the County of
Holt, thereon.
The foregoing Resolution having
been fully and distinctly read aloud,
the motion for its adoption was
seconded by Commissioner McCon
nell On roll call the vote was as
follows: Yeas: Dierking, Flood,
Smith, Landreth and McConnell
Nayes: None. Whereupon the
Chairman declared the resolution
adopted.
