with her parents, Mr. and Mrs.
Blake Ott. On Sunday evening,
Mrs Blake Ott, Mrs. Stella
Sparks and Lonnie took them
home, and attended the show.

ted the Kennedy’s daughter, Mrs.
Arlen Miles, at the hospital.

home Tuesday, January 20, from
Omaha, where they visited a few
days with Mr. and Mrs. Paul

arrived home Monday evening,
January 19 from Tucson, Ariz.,
where they had spent about a
month, part of the time with his
hrother-in-law and sister, Mr. and
Mrs. George DeKay of Laffette,
Ind.
Mrs. John Wintermote came
home Tuesday, January '20, from
an extended visit with relatives
in Oregon, California and Idaho.
Mr and Mrs. Eugene Halsey
returned from a two weeks visit
in Los Angeles and San Jose.
Calif. They went to attend the 50th
wedding anniversary of her par
ents. They also visited other rel
atives and watched a part of the
Rose Bowl parade.
Mr. and Mrs. E. H. Medcalf
visited at the home of their son
in-law and daughter, Mr. and
Mrs. Allen Miller and family.
Fred Smith returned home Sun
day, January 25, from St. An
thony's hospital where he had
been a patient following a heart
attack.
A. A. Walter returned Thurs
day, January 22, from Rochester,
Minn., where he had gone the
first of the week for a medical
check-up.
The infant daughter of Mr. and
Mrs. Jack Alderson of Tucson,
Ariz., formerly of Chambers, is
in a hospital in Los Angeles, Cal
if., for heart surgery. She is a
grand-daughter of Mr. and Mrs.
T. E. Alderson of Chambers.

Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Juracek
of O’Neill announce the engage
ment of their daughter, Miss

Will Walter at
80th Milestone
EWING Will Walter celebrated
his 80th birthday on Friday. In
honor of the occasion a six o'clock
dinner was held. Guests were
their son and daughter-in-law,
Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Walter and
family of Clearwater.
In the evening the family was
invited to the home of Mr. and
Mrs. Julian Schmidt where they
joined by relatives for card
games. The birthday cake was
made by Mrs. Alfred Walter.
