CHERRIES AND CHOCOLATE—FOR YOUI Mi i i i U 3 |. Cherries with chocolate have a charm all their own, especially In this cake creation with a cherry preserve filling. Made from a new oocoa chiffon mix, this cake has a texture like “chiffon velvet,” and ■ delicate chocolate flavor. The unusually high volume cake is sliced horizontally into three generous layers. Cherry preserves are spread between each layer, and the top and sides are then frosted with whipped cream. And for fun and flavor, maraschino cherries decorate the edge of the cake. You’ll be proud to cut into this chiffon creation because of the surprise filling and wonderful texture. The cake itself is easily made from the new mix, taking the guesswork out of chiffon cake baking.
