Red Lodge for the annual gather
ing of the Robinson families.
There were 65 present and they
came from various [joints Ore
gon, Washington, California,
Wyoming and different places in
Nebraska including Omaha
The following morning we took
leave of kinfolk and spent the
day on a sightseeing tour of the
Yellowstone, going in at the north
eastern entrance near Cooke City,
Mont., and leaving at Sundown
via the south eastern corner near
Cody.
After a couple of days with rela
tives at Powell, we were on our
way and stopped over with mem
Ijers of the Johnson family at
Guernsey and Ft. I.aramie Wyo.,
arriving home on Friday evening
a week fom the day wo left.
Aside from a hurried trip, it
was a nice vacation and we were
scarcely back in time to make
ready for two families from Mich
igan who were to arrive the fol
lowing week for the Johnson re
union in Atkinson on August 24,
an account of which appeared in
The Frontier.
