Take Part lit Armed Forces Ceremonies — The O’Neill civil air patrol held "paper’' SARCAP’s (search and rescue) at two meetings conducted in May. At the May 12 session, all members were invited to par ticipate in the armed forces day ceremonies at Hastings held on Sunday, May 18. A meeting of the central Nebraska group fol lowed the ceremonies. Mr. Hesse of the civil defense administra tion spoke. At the May 26 meeting plans were put into motion for the O’Neill rodeo parade float, which will bo entered, and plans were made for members to attend the search and rescue exercises to lie held in Omaha May 30 and June 1. Next meeting of the CAP will be held on Monday, June 9. Cubn to Head for Rock Kails— Den 1 of the Cub scouts met on Mondays during the past month For mother's day we fixed a pot ted pansy.
