Iowa Liia nisinen to Bivouac Here— According to Major Daffron of the 194th field aiiillery battalion, Iowa national guards, Humboldt, la., a convoy of 300 officers and men and 65 vehicles will bivouac overnight at Carney park on the evenings of July 4 and 19 enroute to and from summer camp in Wyoming. Daffron was in O'Neill Monday making arrangements. Fuel and food will be purchased here, he said.
