stationed at Ft. Carson, Colo.
The Amelia Progressive club
met Friday, March 21, at the
home of Mrs. Milton Clemens.
There were nine members and
one visitor present. Mi’s. Glenn
White presented a lesson on sew
ing. Mrs. Bernard Blackmore be
came a new member. The next
meeting will be April 16 at the
home of Ms. Elmer Coolidge.
Lessons on soups and sandwiches
will be given.

Monday evening, March 24, at
the school auditorium in honor of
the Legion’s birthday anniver
sary. The group went to the Le

where a social hour and lunch

the Lutheran church Friday eve
