said petition that the cash and

from said property in the hands
of said guardian and tielonging
to said incompetents, tire and
will lie insufficient to maintain
said incompetents, and their fam
ily, and that it would he for the
benefit of said incompetents and
each of them if their respective
interests in and to said described
