Mrs. S. C. Barnett accompanied
the Glenn Whites to Lincoln
Monday, Octol>er 28, where they
visited Mrs. Barnett’s brother, Ed
Adams, while Mr. and Mrs.
White attended the funeral of

Kenneth Kinnamon of Norman,
Okla., visited over the weekend
of October 26-27 with Miss Myrtle
White at the Glen White’. He
was accompanied by Miss Dor
othy Fisher who spent the week
end with her parents, Mr. and
Mrs. Paul Fisher. She attends
college at McPherson, Kans.
Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Adams
drove to Gordon Saturday, Octo
ber 26, to visit their son, Don,
who teaches there.
Mrs. Oscar Peterson and Don
went to Fremont Tuesday, Octo
ber 22, where Mrs. Peterson is
helping care for her new little
granddaughter, Kay Lynn John
ston, and also her grandson,
Mark.
Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Black
more returned Wednesday, Octo
ber 30 from LeMars, la., where
they visited at the home of his
sister and family, Mr. and Mrs.
Harry Pausch Enroute to Le
Mars they attended church ser
vices at Dakota City where Rev.
Harry Meyers, a former Amelia
•pastor, is located.
Mr. and Mrs. Gale Fix and
family of Scottsbluff spent the
October 26-27 weekend visiting
their parents, the Elmer Fix and
Mrs. Alice Prewitt.
H. S. W'hite is visiting his
daughter, Mrs. Jack Milton, and
Mr Milton in Denver, Colo.

Rapids, Minn., Thursday, Octo
ber 24, to visit her parents, Mr.
