IT’S THAT TIME of the year when once again we folks
down Chambers way roll out the red carpet . . . when
we put on our best bib and tucker . . . when we like
to show off our community. It’s fair time—the biggest
and most important single event on our calendar.
THE TOWN FATHERS, every man, woman and child
in our community join in extending to you and your
neighbors a warm welcome. We earnestly invite you to
come . . . stay as long as you wish . . . and enjoy the clean,
wholesome atmosphere of the annual Holt County l air.
We hope, too, you’ll join with us in a prayer of thanks
giving for the bounty the Lord has provided . . . for the
generous rains of the growing season . . . for our Ameri
