O’Neill Midget* to Fare Inman— On Sunday afternoon at Carney park the O'Neill Midgets will face the Inman Midgets in a baseball game. Ruth Schafer, Rugene Osborne Wed at Valentine Sunday afternoon. June 2, the Lutheran church in Valentine was the scene for the wedding of Miss Ruth Schafer, daughter of Mr. and Mrs Jacob Schafer of Val entine. and Eugene Osborne, youngest son of Frank Osborne of O'Neill A reception was held in the church basement following the j ceremony. The couple will make their home in Rapid City, S. D,, where Mr Osborne is attending the Na tional School of Business. Judy Morrow spent from Thurs day until Saturday with her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Vequist. Other guests were Miss Shirley and No Is Schultz and Norman Lindsey of Omaha and Jack Kersenhrock of Chicago, 111. Shirley Schultz went to Grand Island on Tuesday where she will finish her nursess' training. On Sunday, June 8, she will receive her nurses cap. N’els Schulz and Norman Lind sey were Saturday afternoon vis itors at the John Schultz home. Mrs. Henry Vequist was a Sunday dinner guest at the home of her brother, John Turner and family. Gwcnda and Trudy Schultz spent Monday afternoon and evening at the home of their grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Johnson. They helped with some spring rleaning during the afternoon. Francis Sterns and Linda Johnson were Monday evening visitors at the John Schultz home. Mr. and Mrs. Iahi Broxvn and children were Friday evening cal lers at the Floyd Johnson home.
