Funds Help Operate Camps
Fishing was popular with the Nebraska youngsters who tried
their hand at day camping at Camp Paradise in Lincoln, Camp
Easter Seal in Scottsbluff and Camp Easter Seal in Hastings. These
day camps, open to all handicapped children, are sponsored by
county committees of the Nebraska Society for Crippled Children.
Boys and girls find fun at such camps which are financed by East
er Seal contributions. A day camp’s only requirement is that a
child be provided with a place to stay outside of camp hours.
