REDBIRD—Debra Jean, daugh ter of Mr. and Mrs. Merlyn An derson, has been having a siege of mumps this week. CELIA—William Maloun was a Saturday overnight patient in Atkinson Memorial hospital. Man, 72, Killed in Two-Car Crash CHAMBERS— A Chambers man, Wayne B. Peterson. 31, fig ured in a fatal auto accident a Dout 4:30 p. m.. Saturday in which Frank Seier, 72, of Petersburg was killed. Seier's machine collided with Peterson’s at an intersection on date highway 14 near Loretto. An eight-year-old boy riding with Seier was unhurt. Peterson suffered facial cuts and bruises, also from shock. Both cars were badly damaged and the Peterson machine is regarded as a total lews. Peterson was traveling north on highway 14. Seier came onto the highway from a country road. CENTER IS OPENED EWING—A large crowd was on hand for the formal opening of the youth center last Thursday evening. Dancing was enjoyed.
