Motion by Frickel, seconded by Batenhorst that Charles liichter be rehired as janitor of tile Court house, at the same wage for 1957. Motion carried. Motion by Frickel, seconded by Batenhorst that John Underwood be rehired as janitor of the Court house Annex at the same wage. Vote on motion resulted as fol lows: Aye—3; Nay—3. Chairman tabled motion until after inter view with janitor. Bids were received for tiling the floor in the southwest corner room in the basement of the Courthouse Annex. After review ing the bids, motion by Fnckel, seconded by Ernst to accept the bid of Biglins for asbestos tile to be installed for $97.30. Motion by Batenhorst, seconded by Barthel that George Fick’s claim for replacing fence be de nied. Motion carried. Motion by Frickel, seconded by Barthel, that Tony Weichman be rehired as bridge foreman. Motion carried. Motion by Ernst, seconded by Barthel that the Dragline Opera tor wage be given $.25 per hour raise. Wage to be $1.75 per hour. Motion carried. Motion by Barthel, seconded by Landreth that Floyd Getter be rehired as Dragline Operator for the full year of 1957. Motion car ried. Dr. Donald E.
