Messiah Choir to Broadcast— INMAN — Christmas music in the forth of Handel's famous ora torio "Messiah” will be featured on Sunday, December 23, when radio station WJAG, Norfolk, broadcasts this music at 9 am. For the 18th consecutive year this classic will be presented na tionwide on radio by the Inde pendence, (Mo.) Messiah choir. It is presented as a Christmas gift to the nation by the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. The Messiah choir has given more than 60 performances of the Messiah" since 1916. Former members of this nationally known choral group now live in all parts of the world. The RLDS church at Inman is helping to sponsor the broadcast. Christina* Ideas Presented— The What Not extension club held it’s Christmas party at the home of Rev and Mrs Glenn Kenmcott Thursday evening, De cembers 13 Each member contri buted to the 7 o’clock dinner. Husbands were invited guests. After dinner the table was cleared and club members dis played Christmas decorations and ideas Mrs. Charles Beilin, presi dent. conducted a short business meeting. The group then joined in singing carols.
