Expires in Hospital
LYNCH—Funeral services for
Earl Francis Craig, 74, were held
at 2 pjn., Sunday, November 25,
in the Seventh Day Adventist
church here. Rev. V. R. Furges
son officiated. Burial was in the
Highland cemetery north of
Lynch.
Mr. Craig was born in Frank
fort, S.D., November 13, 1882,
and died in the Sacred Heart hos
pital Thursday, November 22.
Survivors include four daugh
ters and one son.

Elmer Kraft
Gets Promotion—
BRISTOW — Elmer L. Kraft,
son of Mr. and Mrs. E. R. Kraft
of Bristow, recently was promot
ed to specialist third class in Ja
pan where he is a member of the
40th anti-aircraft artillery bri
gade.
Specialist Kraft is a mechanic
in headquarters battery of the
brigade’s 64th battalion. He en
tered the army in December 1954
and arrived in the Far East last |
February.
