Woman, 40, Mother of 3 Children, Dies CHAMBERS— Mrs Edward Grimes. 40, of La Habra, Calif., died Wednesday, November 21. 1 Her husband is the oldest son of the late Clair Grimes and Mrs. James Grimes. Mrs. James Grimes has been with the Edward Grimes family during the past seven weeks. The late Mrs. Edward Grimes, whose maiden name was Lor raine Stewart, was reared at Tilden. Survivors include: Widower— Edward; twin daughters—Judy and Joan, age 12; son—Burton, 0, father—Bert Stewart, who re ,ues in California; several broth er and sisters. Goldfuss-Carlson Marriage Lines Read at Orchard PAGE- Miss Marilyn Carlson, granddaughter of Mrs. Signa Lee of Clearwater, became the bride of SP-3 Carl Goldfuss on Sun day afternoon, November 18, at a 5 o’clock ceremony. The rite was performed by Rev. Walter Seefeldt, pastor of St. Peter’s Lutheran church in Orchard, and was witnessed by a group of friends and relatives. Miss Pauline Goldfuss, sister of the bridegroom, was maid-of honor. Marlowe Jensen acted as l estman. The bride appeared in a street length gown of gray with white accessories. The bridegroom wore his army uniform. Mrs. Martin Helmrick played the wedding music. The bride carried a bouquet of pink carnations surrounded by mums tdna hbdire sarfo H w.r mums and the bridesmaids bou quet was fashioned of pink car nations. Mr Goldfuss left Friday for Camp Claybanks, Detroit. Mich. He expects to be separated from the army early in December. Mrs. Goldfuss wil continue her work at the Luben produce market.
