who had pneumonia, reported to
work Wednesday at the tele

CHAMBERS—Mrs. Roland E.
Harvey was dismissed last week
from the Tilden hospital where
she had submitted to surgery two
weeks ago. . . William Reiek was
injured Friday in a fall while
loading cattle. He was taken to
the Lutheran hospital at Nor
to Ik where he received x-rays
disclosing a cracked pelvis and
torn ligaments in one shoulder.
Mrs. Reick is near him. . . Janet
Wintermote, infant daughter of
Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Wintermote,
was on the sick list last week
and was taken to a doctor in
Norfolk.
STUART—Roy Rhoades was
taken by plane Wednesday, No
vember 14, to the Veterans hos
pital in Lincoln. Mrs. Rhoades
acompanied him. . . Mr. and
Mrs. Ward Dyer went to Grand
Island, Monday, November 19,
where Mr. Dyer entered the
Veterans’ hospital for sur
