Dana Bigelow of Stuart, became the bride of Frank Hamik of Omaha, son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Hamik. sr., of Stuart, at 9:30 a.m., Saturday August 25. The double-ring ceremony was performed by Rev. A. J. Pas chang. Music was by the church choir. Tom and George Bigelow, broth ers of the bride, were acolytes. The bride, given in marriage by her father, appeared in a gown of radiant nylon sheer ov er slipper satin. Venice lace out lined the scoop neckline and shirred sleeves of the molded bodice. The bouffant skirt, worn over hoops, was styled with loo«e panels floating from a band of lace that curved around the hip line and down the back ending in a chapel train. She carried a white carnation cascade bouquet. Miss Marcia Bigelow of Oma ha was her sister’s maid-of-hon or. She wore a red crystalette cocktail dress and carried white chrysanthemums. Miss Barbara Bigelow of Om aha, sister of the bride, and Miss Dolores Hamik of O'Neill, sister of the bridegroom, were brides maids. Their dresses and flowers were identical to those of the maid-of-honor. LaVern Olberding, friend of the couple, was bestman and Kenneth Batenhorst, friend of the couple, and Dana Bigelow, broth er of the bride, were attendants. The bridegroom and his attend ants w'ore white dinner jackets with carnation boutonnieres. The bride’s mother chose a nav blue sheer dress with white accessories and the mother of the bridegroom a navy blue crepe gown with blue accessories for the wedding. Both wore white mum corsages. A wedding breakfast for 30 guests was held in the Town House in O’Neill. A reception for one hundred guests was held on the lawrn at the home of the bride’s parents from 3 to 5 p.m. Miss Marge Weichman of O’Neill was :n charge of the guest book. Mrs. Hamik attended St. Bon iface grade school and is a grad uate of Stuart high school. She also attended business college. Mr. Hamik attended St. Boni face grade school, Stuart high school and the University of Ne braska for one year. After a wedding trip to Den ver, Colo., the couple will reside at 1430 South 33 st., in Lincoln where the bride will be employed and the bridegroom will continue his studies at the university. Johnson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Vernie Johnson of O’Neill, and SP/3 David L. Eby, son of Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Eby of O’Neill were united in marriage at 8 p.m., Friday, August 24. The double-ring ceremony was performed by Col. Floyd W. Shiery, senior Protestant chaplain at the post. Their attendants were Miss Arneda Fielding of Denver, Colo , Mrs. David L. Eby . . . the former Beverly L. Johnson. and SP/3 Gary L. Buckmaster of Fitzsimons. The bride appeared in a pink street-length dress and wore a matching hat. Her ascot tie and gloves were white. Her corsage *as white carnations. The bridegroom wore a navy gabardine suit with a white car nation boutonniere. Mrs. Eby is a graduate of O’ Neill high, class of 1956. Mr. Eby, who is also a gradu ate of O'Neill high, class of 1953, attended Wayne State college for It** years. The couple toured Wyoming and the Black Hills. They arrived here Sunday evening to visit friends and relatives until Tues day. The bridegroom is with the army medical corps and is sta tioned at Fitzsimons. Miss Mary Froelich will enter Duchesne college, Omaha, this fall as a sophomore.
