Help U Club in All-Day Session VENUS—The Help U club met with Mrs. Ora Caskey on Wed nesday, August 15, for an all-day session with 14 members present. Dinner was served at noon by the hostess. Afternoon was spent in sewing carpet rags for the hostess. Mrs. Sidney Faulhaber received two gifts from her club sister. Mrs. Ralph Brookhouser received the door prize. Rodeo to Feature Antelope Fair Brahma Bulls, Wild Horses Coming NELJGH—Some of the rough est and toughest bucking stock and one of the wildest herds of Brahma bulls on the road will be featured at the Antelope county fair and rodeo at River side park fairgrounds at Neligh in the two-dav program. If you enjoy bronc riding, bulldogging. calf ropin', bare- | back bronc riding and Brahma bull riding—then, this is your dish. The riders will be competing for cash prizes and entries must be made by 2 p.m., Saturday, August 25. The snorts and bel lowing of the broncs and bulls and wild dashes of the calves in the various contests will offer a tingling demoinstration for fair goers who have not seen a rodeo here for many a day. Numerous other entertaining features are in store and the us ual midway with six rides and 20 concessions by the County Fair Shows company will be on hand at all times during the fair. No charge and no program will take place Saturday afternoon. There will be 4-H judging all day and the grounds will be open to all free until the evening rodeo at 7 p.m. Gates will be open at 4 p.m., for the evening show'. The 60-piece Neligh band and a "combined band" will furnish the music for the fair and rodeo. The 4-H livestock parade at 1:30 Sunday afternoon precedes the big Saturday afternoon rodeo. Sunday night a softball game and a huge fire-fighting demon stration. in which all Antellope county fire departments wnll participate, will be directed by Nebraska fire marshalls.
