Koenig ot Spencer, aboard the submarine USS Sea Fox, arrived in Sail Francisco, Calif., June 8 for a three-day visit between phases of a U S. First fleet train ing exercise. The exercise involves 35 ships arid 15,000 personnel in coordi nated fleet and task force opera tions with anti-submarine war fare and air defense as the princi pal objectives. I 1 wo Cars Collide Two vehicles collided about 2 a m., Sunday on U.S. highway 281 about 10 miles south of O'Neill Robert H. Scott of Chambers was driving a 1956 Ford and Russel E. Woeppel of Ewing was driving a 1951 Ford. The Scott car was struck in the rear. Scott told investigating officers he had stopped to examine a truck in the ditch. Total damage amounted to about $600.
