Inman News (Crowded out last week) Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Coven try and son. Bob, drove to Dor sey, where they spent memorial day with relatives. They also visited the Scottville cemetery Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Brittell and daughter of Albion were memorial day visitors here. Mr and Mrs A. G. Clark of Burwell spent memorial day here as guests in the home of their brother-in-law and sister, Mr. and Mrs Ralph Moore. Mrs. Arthur Kropp and Mrs. Sis Ebbengaard of Ewing were memorial day visitors here. Mr. and Mrs Beryl Couger and Mrs. Dora Couger of Elgin were Inman visitors on memorial day. The Cougers formerly re sided here. Friday evening dinner guests in the home of Mrs. Anna Smith were Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Smith and daughter of Page, Mr. and Mrs Merle Caster and daughters of Sterling, Colo., Mr. and Mrs. LeRoy Moore of Columbus, Ga., Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Smith and family and Ern Trowbridge of Inman. They were Sunday Sunday guests in the home of Mr. and Mrs. Ken Smith. Mr and Mrs. James McMahan left Sunday for Lyons where they attended the funeral of Mr. McMahan’s uncle, Henry Mc Kenzie, on Monday afternoon, May 4. Mr. and Mrs. Louis Vitt and family of O’Neill were Sunday evening dinner guests in the home of Mr. and Mrs. James Coventry. Several members of the RLDS church motored to the Horn ranch north of Atkinson Sunday where they spent the day. Mrs. Vaden Kivett, Mrs. Clar ence Hansen and Clayton Krue ger left Monday for Wayne where they will attend summer school. Mr. and Mrs. Pat Gallagher and family of Ontario. Calif., came Sunday to visit Mr. Galla gher’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Gallagher. Mr. and Mrs. Albert Anthony and family moved Sunday from the Helen Sholes property in the south part of town to the Metho-j dist parsonage. 0 Mr. and Mrs. Tom Watson and Mr. and Mrs. V. E. Stevens and| family returned to their homes; in Rapid City, S.D., Monday af ter spending a week here visit ing relatives and friends. Mrs. Earl Watson returned Sunday evening from Omaha where she spent a couple of , weeks with Mr. Watson, who isf in an Omaha hospital. She was accompanied here by her two grandchildren, Betty Jo and Ed-1 die Watson of Omaha. Mrs. Virgil Tomlinson and; daughters and Miss LuElla Wat son went to Omaha Friday to visit their father and grand father, Earl Watson, who is in a hospital there. Mr. and Mrs. Earl Miller of Inman have returned home from a 10-day trip in Nebraska and | Iowa. They visited Mr. and Mrs. t M. M. Mother-Daughter Reunion Is Held ROCK FALLS — On Wednes day, May 23, the home of Mrs. Albert Sterns was the scene of a mother-daughter reunion of the past and present members and daughters of the Pleasant Day club.
