regular session. Mrs. Hazel Lor
enz, noble grand, presided. Fol-j
lowing the regular lodge meet-;
ing, Mrs. Lois Tompkins and
Miss Zitella Kestenholz were in
charge of a program honoring
the charter and veteran mem
bers who have belonged 25
years or more! There were three
charter members present, name
ly F. E. Keyes, Estella Keyes
and Anna Smith, and three vet
eran members, Ethel Tompkins,
Marjorie Kelley and Carrie Mc
Mahan. Each was presented a
pink carnation earsage tied with
green ribbon.
The program consisted of
singing and readings and charter
members told of the instituting
of Arbutus lodge in 1913. Mil
dred Coventry and M a u r i n e
Smith served refreshments.
Honored guests were
seated at a special table decorat
ed with a plant and placecards.
