Ciata-Dempsey Nuptials Read A quiet wedding ceremony was performed Tuesday, April 3, at 9 a.m., for Ann Ciata and Philip Derqpsey at St. Patrick’s Catholic church here. Very Rev. Timothy O’Sullivan officiated in the dou ble-ring ceremony. Mrs. Harry Graham was ma tron-of-honor and Harry Graham was bestman. A wedidng brakfast was held at the M&M cafe for the wed ding party, the Fathers O’Sullivan, Thomas Hitch and Karl Kucera, also for a few close relatives. The couple left for Denver, Colo., where they will visit Mr. Dempsey’s two brothers. They ■will reside here. Parent-Teacher Relations Told— Miss Elja McCullough, dean of women at Dana college at Blair, was the speaker at the Friday afternoon meeting of the O’Neill Woman’s club at the home of Mrs. H. D. Gilder sleeve. Miss McCullough, former Holt county superintendent of schools, spoke of schools, parents and teachers, and their relationship to each other. She also showed slides of one of her recently-con ducted tours. \ Chambers News e Cois Strong, who attends school at Miltonvale, Kans., spent the weekend with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Strong and family. Mr. and Mrs. Johnnie Albers and boys of York came Satur day, bringing home his mother, Mrs. Anna Albers, who had vis ited them since Wednesday, March 28. They returned to York Sunday evening.
