While gone they attended the silver anniversary of Mrs. Harley’s confirmation class at Alma, also visited relatives and friends. Mr. and Mrs. Jake Hoerle at tended confirmation services at Clearwater Sunday, March 25. Their grandson, Donald Hoerle, was a member of the class. Mr. and Mrs. E. M. Jarman and Doug attended the wedding of Elizabeth Childers and Nor bert Thoele of Lincoln at Genoa on Sunday. Joe Daas and J:m Salem went to Lexington Sunday to attend a baptismal ceremony for Jo seph Abdou Salem, infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Abdou Salem. The service was held at the new home of Mrs. Salem’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. George Maloley. Dinner was served to over one hundred guests.
