Kruegar - Keyes Nuptials at Page— INMAN— Miss Elsie Kruegar became the bride of Karl Keyes at 4 pm., Friday, February 24, at a ceremony at the Page Methodist church. Rev. Lisle E. Mewmaw, church pastor, officiated. Attendants for the couple were Mr. and Mrs. Donald Keyes. They will make their home here. I,\ Mrs. Wendell Nelson on Mon day evening entertained the Chez-A-Mari club with a 7 o’ clock dinner at the M&M cafe and cards were played at her home. Winners were Mrs. W. D. Large Crowd Present for Church Supper INMAN—A good crowd attend ed the inter-parish fellowship covered dish supper which was held at the Inman Methodist church Sunday evening with the Page Methodist church group par ticipating. Rev. and Mrs. J. LaVerne Jay of O’Neill were guests and they showed colored slides of the Christian Advocate to ir to Hawaii that they took in March, :955. Mrs. Woodrow Gaughenbaugh and Mrs. Ira Watson were coffee hostesses. Other Inman News Arbutus Rebekah lodge met on Wednesday evening, February 22, at the I OOF hall for a regular session. Mrs. Hazel Lorenz, no ble grand, was in charge. The sec retary read the local bylaws and the lodge voted a contribution to the educational fund. Refresh ments followed, served by Mrs. Zola Morrow and Mrs. Ellen Brown. The Inman WSCS met last Thursday afternoon at the Maxcy Memorial addition for 8 regular session. Mrs. Harry Snyder led the devotionals and the lesson was presented by Mrs. Grace Gannon. Mrs. Myrtle Abney and Mrs. Mareta Nielsen were host esses and served refreshments. Coffee guests in the home of Mrs. Albert Anthony on Monday afternoon were Mrs. Mary Hen ricks and Mary Ellen, Mrs. Archie McCallum and Mrs. Fleming True, all of Bloomfield. Fred Schaum of Elk Point, S.D., spent the past week visiting in the home of his son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Ivan Couch, and family. Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Hansen left Friday morning for their home at Staten Island, N.Y., after spending a couple of weeks vis iting in the home of Mrs. Han sen’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. Er nest Brunckhorst, and other rel atives. Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Kruegar and family arrived here Friday morning from Caldwell, Ida. SP3 and Mrs. Graydon Hartigan left Saturday for their home in El Paso, Tex., after spending two weeks here visting relatives. Mr. and Mrs. T. D. Hutton spent the weekend in Creston as guests in the home of their son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Graydon Hutton, and fam ily. Horace Kiel of Plattsmouth spent the weekend here with his family. Mr. and Mrs. James M. Mc Mahan visited Mrs. Mary Mc Gown at her home in Creighton Sunlay afternoon. Mr. and Mrs. Fred Moore were Sunday dinner guests in the home of their son-in-law and daugh ter, Mr. and Mrs. Michael Galla gher, and family. About 32 were in attendance at a birthday party for Jeanette Wolfe at the Harry McGraw home Sunday afternoon. Her birthday anniversary is February 29.
